Spotlighting

Do you remember the last tutorial? Let's try a technique, shall we? Coloring in images can be tedious and time consuming. Spotlighting selects an image or a portion of an image to highlight by only coloring that particular section. Layering circle punches or square punches highlights the spotlighting. Look for this technique in the future!
