A Curly In-Color

I love being around creative people and when I was at Spring Retreat, someone had this adorable card on the show and share display.  I've been on a kick to use Curly Cute before it retires!  This matching little set took just a couple of minutes and makes a perfect gift.

Thinking of You

While I had Mixed Bunch and Curly Cute on my desk, I decided to make another card.  I love using black and white and one pop of color.  I think this is subtle enough for a sympathy cards.  

If you don't have Curly Cute in your stash, please consider adding it.  I love the font and it's a great value!  Like the Basic Black border along the top of the panel?  That's the Decorative Label punch lined up.  I used that trick once before here.  I smudged my first attempt at stamping my greeting on the Whisper White panel, so I cut a smaller panel, lightly sponged the edges and restamped.  Does it look like I planned that?

Happy Birthday, a masculine version

How about another masculine birthday card?  This color combination:  Chocolate Chip, Island Indigo, Pool Party, River Rock and Whisper White.  River Rock will be retiring June 3rd, 2013, Pool Party will be joining our Subtles Collection and Island Indigo will be joining our Regals Collection! The color refresh is posted at the bottom.

Two retiring stamp sets are on this combo:  Curly Cute and Circle Circus.  Ahhhh!  Curly Cute is one of my go-to greeting sets and I'll be using it again tomorrow.
