Rustic Pines

Have you earned Patterened Pines yet?? What are you waiting for??
This is a simple card. I started with a scrap of Old Olive, stamped sporadically Old Olive stars, then crinkled the paper. I also had a scrap of Holiday Lounge DSP. After I cut it straight, I decided I wanted a ragged edge. I used my bone folder then sponged Ruby Red on the roughed up edge. The base of the card is Very Vanilla. Three simple trees are cut and popped up on dimensionals. Linen thread finishes off the rustic trio!

A pair of patterned trees

Did you notice in the new Holiday mini there are NEW hostess sets available?!?!
One of the sets is Patterned Pines. I created two matching 4 by 4 square cards. One is Ruby Red the other is Old Olive. The image is stamped on Very Vanilla and quickly cut out. I love the shape of these trees, they're a breeze to cut out.

A small band of Very Vanilla is added at the top and the greeting is stamped color on color. I used the poinsettia for a quick interior design! Super easy
