Happy May!

May is officially Scrapbooking Month, so I'll be popping in all month with scrapbook pages that I hope inspire you.  This uses the Nautical Expedition DSP that has been on the CLEARANCE RACK.  It's a great value and wonderful paper.  To get the weathered look, I sanded the red left panel.  The color sits on top of the paper so it sands off nicely.  The middle panel was wrinkled with care - by simply crumpling it in a ball - several times.

There's a lot of little details that makes this page special.

Sweet Deets (all supplies Stampin' Up!):
Stamps: Open Sea
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Not Quite Navy, Versamark
DSP:  Nautical Expedition DSP
CS: Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Night of Navy, Whisper White
Accessories: Cherry Cobbler/White bakers twine, White embossing powder, Cherry Cobbler embossing powder, linen thread, sanding block, sponges
