Hello Baby!

Just a few more days to earn your FREE ribbon.  There's a tiny snipet (in my fav color) on this baby card.  I saw this awesome card on Pinterest, and had to recreate it!  I need to make 1,000 more of these - seems like I need a lot of baby cards these days :)

What do you think?? Cute layout, right?  It's my last day at the crop this weekend - I've spoken to so many of you!  Let me know if you see this post - I have a free gift for you!!

Just a little Butterfly

It's a quick, no-stamping card today.  Primrose Petals is sticking out behind the Basic Black.  The butterfly has a bit of rhinestones to make it even more cuter.  This is a great any-occasion card that could be turned in a set of cards by recreating with various colors.

Have a great weekend!  If you're at the Crop this weekend, please come find me - mention "embossing butterfly card" for a FREE GIFT from me!  Thanks for supporting me.

Color Block!

Happy Wednesday!  I have a technique to share with you today: color blocking.  Color blocking is taking a clean clear block and inking it up and stamping it directly onto your paper.  Here I used a giant block well inked in Certainly Celery stamped on Whisper White.  This gives a subtle imperfect block.  Then, on top, I stamped the beautiful tree from Christmas Lodge in Gumball Green.  A little bit of linen twine finishes this simple no-fuss card.  I hope you try this out with different complimentary color combinations!

Don't forget - clean your block with the stampin mist and buff dry. Keep all your blocks clean and dust-free!

Primrose Petals

Pinks aren't my thing, but Primrose Petals isn't "pink".  It's a great color that looks very nice with black or navy or white.  I've digitally compared the colors here.

See page 152 of the NEW catalog.  Join in if you've missed the first colors or already have them and want to add to your collection.  Deadline for ordering PRIMROSE PETALS is September 14th.  Color club orders will receive:

  • Classic Ink Pad, Primrose Petals
  • Classic Refill,   Primrose Petals
  • 8-1/2"x11" cardstock,   Primrose Petals
  • 3/8" stitched satin ribbon,   Primrose Petals
  • 4 sheets of 6"x6" DSP (patterns may vary)
  • Four card kits
Card kits will include items such as any other cardstock, DSP, brads, pieces and parts required to complete the samples. Kits do not include a stamp set nor can I send you stamped images.  The samples will be printed and included in your kit.  There are not step-by-step instructions; rather pictures of the completed project and dimensions if you need to cut your own  Primrose Petals ribbon, DSP and cardstock.  Projects will emphasize the color of the month.  No need to purchase the identical stamp - the samples will illustrate two versions of the same card.  Pricing includes $5.15 shipping directly to your house!

This is over a $45 value that I'm offering to YOU for $32 ($26.85 local pickup only)!  Club ships no later than September 29th!  You can add in-color markers or other items to your club order!

Purchase all 5 2012-2014 in-colors and you'll receive the in-color dahlias FREE as my gift to you during month #5.  I'll keep track for you - if you earn this gift!
